Our commercial facility fees, unlike other gyms are personal trainers and are here to help get the results that you want.   • Fat Loss/Weight Loss

This program encourages a sensible diet consisting of healthy, ordinary foods, exercise and positive attitude.

  • Toning

Firm body with muscular definition and shape. The firming-up or toning is due to an increase in muscle tissue as well as a low enough body fat percentage to see the definition and shape of the muscles and get rid of the “jiggle.”

Nutritional analysis of current diet, recommendations for improvement

  • Cardiovascular Training

Cardiovascular exercises benefit any age group. Exercise include: walking/jogging on the tread mill, cycling, stair steppers, rowing, and aerobic class.

  • Bodybuilding

Bodybuilding is the act of putting on muscle by working out and shaping one’s diet to put on more muscle mass.

  • Sport Specific Training

This program is designed specifically for the individual and their sport.

  • Increased Endurance

The Best way to increase endurance is through cardiovascular exercises.

Strength training uses resistance methods like free weights, weight machines, resistance bands, or a person’s own weight to build muscles and strength.

Gaining weight takes the same amount of focus and preparation as losing weight. It is a combination of nutrition and weight training programs.

  • Correct Muscle Imbalances

Muscle ‘imbalance’ or inequality exists within the muscles. It occurs when two or more muscles in the body that oppose each other are disproportionate. An example of a common muscle imbalance occurs in the muscles of the quadriceps and hamstrings. Most people work hard to strengthen the front part of their leg but often do not exercise the hamstring. The next step is to build the hamstring so that both are balancing each other.

  • Boot Camp at 5am

Strengthening the core reduces back pain. Training the muscles of the core also corrects postural imbalances that can lead to injuries. The biggest benefit of core training is to develop functional fitness that is essential to both daily living and regular activities.

  • Private Kickboxing and Boxing

Kickboxing refers to the sport of using martial-arts-style kicks and boxing-style punches to defeat an opponent in a similar way to that of standard boxing. Enjoy the luxury of developing fun techniques for Kickboxing and Boxing. Beginners to Advance are welcome.
