This program encourages a sensible diet consisting of healthy, ordinary foods, exercise and positive attitude.

An example of a common muscle imbalance occurs in the muscles of the quadriceps and hamstrings. Most people work hard to strengthen the front part of their leg but often do not exercise the hamstring. The next step is to build the hamstring so that both are balancing each other.
