Boxing and Kickboxing are a growing phenomenon for men and women looking for a fitness alternative. Many celebrities are also joining the ranks of people learning the physical and mental benefits of these sports. Boxing is undoubtedly one of the best ways to get and stay in shape, the rate of calories burning is high and you are learning something at the same time.

Boxing program consists of technique, fitness, balance, and learning proper methods to execute good offense and good defense.

For example: Whether your boxing for a sport or fitness you should learn proper stance and footwork to be able to execute good punches. In our program you will learn footwork, jabs, crosses, hooks, upper cuts, and learn proper defensive techniques. Like slipping punches and bobbing and weaving away from punches. Our Boxing program will also consist of a heavy bag, learning how to wrap hands, jump rope, and weight training. Also everyone’s favorites focus mitts combination routines.

Boxing has always been a passion for me. I was taught the sport at an early age by my father who at 50 could knock me out. He still possesses that “knock out punch”, even in his 80′s. In the past 20 years it has been a thrill for me to watch the everyday men, women and children develop what it takes to be a boxing champion.
